As part of our free solar analysis, we select the suitable buildings in your portfolio for you. In doing so, we take into account various criteria, including the usable roof area and the building height. This gives you an overview of which of your buildings is suitable for a photovoltaic project.
The business tax issue depends on your individual legal structure and does not apply depending on which model is chosen (e.g. if VOLTARO is the operator and electricity supplier).
VOLTARO receives a fee both during realization (feasibility/project planning) and during operation, when the solar power is sold.
In any case, because VOLTARO implements projects when owners and tenants benefit. Owners from increasing sustainability and financial returns. Tenants, on the other hand, benefit from greener and guaranteed cheaper solar power.
Depending on the model, you either bear no costs (comfort model) or you bear the installation costs of the system (investment model). VOLTARO assumes all costs and expenses during operation.
