VOLTARO inspects buildings with regard to structural analysis, roof quality, fire protection and public permits, among other things. For each project you will receive detailed documents such as feasibility studies, object documents & photos (DC/AC).

You will take over the detailed planning of the system and, as an expert, ensure that the right components are selected.

What does VOLTARO cost for specialist partners?

You will receive all projects from us completely free of charge. These are pre-screened by us and then passed on to you, without commission - we are merely independent intermediaries. The settlement takes place with the client.

What is the contractual relationship?

You receive prepared projects from us or select them on our platform and can then submit indicative price offers. If required, you perform an on-site inspection and then submit a binding offer.

What are the next steps?

When you receive a project, a construction contract is signed between the client and you (this can be building owners or financiers).

How does the platform work?

Our customer projects are listed on our platform. As soon as you have completed our form, one of our project managers will contact you and you will receive free access to our platform. You can then view all available projects and express your interest in any projects you would like to implement. You will then receive all the necessary documents from our project managers so that you can get started with the implementation and preparation of the offer.
